John Rogers coined the term competence porn to describe those scenes the audience love where the team are doing the things they are best at. I love how obvious they made it in this episode by making not only the audience but also the team itself clearly turned on by each other’s skills.

bookdrunkinlove:

How is it I can be so exhausted, but my body still refuses to sleep?

Exhaustion comes with an edge of anxiety to it which keeps your body on edge and refuses you to allow you to relax enough to sleep comfortably. I have a trick I like to try, which is like a body controlling method. I lay down and get comfortable…and then slowly I focus on a part of my body, my toes to start…and I think and deliberately focus on getting every single toe to relax and feel the muscles release…and move up my foot, up my leg, through my whole body and usually I’ll drift off to sleep before I reach my head!  I wish you luck sleeping!
